What can I say ... Friendly helpful staff...any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Very professional. The guests are what's the issue. Constantly break rules, leave children unattended, loud music, lots of trouble makers but there are just as many good guests but it's always the ones causing trouble that shadow over those. Still and all clean friendly no breakfast wifi in back courtyard could use some work and carpets could use a good steam cleaning or allow guests to utilize would be nice. Buy all in all this is my home so you make due with what you got.
Inexpensive friendly service adventurous at times umm good for weekly rentals at 260.00 week good cable and internet. No maid or breakfast but have microwaves sink and frig. Have couch bed chair desk like small effeciency. No pets unless grandfathered in. Nice place for the price. Clean no critters and people mind their business. Just people trying to get head and work together to help get that done. Church provide some fresh fruits and Thursday is florist day. Nice to have fresh flowers donated.
